My name is Matthieu Bouchard and I am currently a Graphic Design and Media Arts student at Southern New Hampshire University. Throughout my life I have been drawn to the aesthetic side of this world. I grew up playing sports and found myself enthralled with the visual side of the teams I was playing for. While other kids were outside playing with their friends, I spent a lot of time drawing my favorite sports teams' logos and uniforms envisioning a future where I could interact with these brands on a professional level. This dream was tabled as I looked for a more orthodox approach to a career and earned my degree in sociology from the University of California, Davis. This experience within the field of sociology gave me invaluable experience about the diverse lives of so many people around me. I look to apply this knowledge to my career as a designer through personally tailored relationships with future clients and projects.
